Sick And Afraid To Go To Hospital Because Of The COVID-19 Pandemic? Do This

The coronavirus is an infectious disease, everyone is afraid and  nobody wants to get infected especially when you are living with your family, what make things worse is that people are afraid of going to the hospital
right now even when they have critical  health issues so as not to get infected there. This article will show you how to take care of yourself with some of the things we have at home.

1. Malaria 
You will need tumeric for this just add one teaspoon of turmeric powder to a glass of hot water let it cool, and then take it before going to bed.

*****Some people do add moringa leaves to the tumeric tea 


2.Cough

To relief yourself from cough you will need to use the Bitter kola blend 8-10 bitter kola nuts and scoop the paste in a clean container with a cover.

Get a half bottle of honey and add a considerable amount to the paste about ratio 5:1 and stir very well.
Allow staying for at least an hour to ferment. Then administer to your child or an adult three times daily, until symptoms of cough disappear.

This home remedy is very potent. Stay away from drinking cold or iced water during treatment.

3. Skin Rash
Skin rash can be very embarrassing especially if it's on the face or on a visible part of the body, what you will need is virgin coconut oil applied on the affected part morning and night. 

4. High Blood Sugar

To reduce blood sugar you will need  moringa leaves,  bitter leaves and scent  leaves. (Washed neatly)
Method 
Get about 4liters of hot water and add all leaves to the hot water and allow to sit in it for sometime then drain out the water keep in a jar. Use a small cup to drink every morning and evening. 

5. Upset Stomach 

To relieve your stomach from excess bowel  activities get 4 or 5 scent leaves wash thoroughly and chew.

6. Ulcer

You will need cabbage juice, cabbage is  rich in vitamin C, an antioxidant shown to help prevent and treat H. pylori infections. These infections are the most common cause of stomach ulcers

7. General Body pain
Well  you can either  get  a massage, exercise or rest if that didn't  work tumeric tea or pineapple and ginger juice will definitely help

8. Nausea 
Get ginger clean it up and eat. If you are not comfortable doing that slice a lemon or simply scratch its peel this may work in a similar way because it helps release its essential oils into the air.

9. Headache 
Fill a waterproof bag with ice and wrap it in a soft towel. Apply the compress to the back of the neck, head or temples for headache relief. Don't  forget to drink plenty of water
